Yesterday the media was blasting out that the FDA has approved the so-called vaccine (namely Pfizer) — but there seems to be some confusion, as there are two documents, a “BLA Approval” (Archive) and this “extension of Emergency Use Authorization” (Archive) — the latter has in it the first paragraph of page 12 & its last paragraph which are, respectively, as follows:
• This product has not been approved or licensed by FDA, but has been authorized for emergency use by FDA, under an EUA to prevent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) for use in individuals 12 years of age and older;
This EUA will be effective until the declaration that circumstances exist justifying the authorization of the emergency use of drugs and biological products during the COVID-19 pandemic is terminated under Section 564(b)(2) of the Act or the EUA is revoked under Section 564(g) of the Act.
So, it is obvious that there is no actual approval for the product; and how could there be? The first paragraph of the FDA’s mission statement is:
The Food and Drug Administration is responsible for protecting the public health by ensuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices; and by ensuring the safety of our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.
How, one might ask, could the FDA approve a product which has not completed its clinical trials and still even pretend to care about safety or efficacy? — You see the Phase 3 trial end-dates are in 2022 and 2023; see below:
And what about the tainting of the control-group, as reported by NPR (Archive), which destroy the long-term study’s validity: the whole point of a “control group” is to be able to measure any difference your experiment/trial made.
The only sense this makes is when you adopt a cynical or paranoid filter: this is the spoliation and destruction of evidence… they were hoping to have so many “vaccinated” with their gene therapy that there would be no significant group of unvaccinated to compare against. — Do not submit, stand strong and reject any mandates.
Today there was a bomb-threat, at the Library of Congress — allegedly with a pickup-truck containing a toolbox full of Tannerite, driven by a “veteran” and “Trump-supporter” discontent with the situation in Afghanistan… how lucky is it that they put out a Terror Advisory matching this and historic “Right–Wing Terrorism” profiles recently? Almost as if it were on-cue.
Of course it really helps when you’re funding, planning, and directing the whole operation. In fact, it really brings up the ‘effectiveness’ metric for your “anti-terrorism” operations when you’re the one planning, funding, and enacting the whole “terrorism” plot in the first place. — Remember that ridiculous “sildenafil high dose” plot? As soon as I heard it I knew something was off, it was just too convenient, and the way it was spun was more like “…and that’s why citizen revolts (acquiring viagra) are wrong!” — Well, it turns out that many (most?) of the people involved in that whole thing were FBI agents or informants and the FBI is trying to deny the defense access to evidence for their entrapment case. (Don’t be surprised if you hear they destroyed evidence in the future.) — So, given all this, I would be unsurprised to learn that the FBI is insanely jealous of both Hollywood and the MSM and the ability to just produce a story.
Going back to Afghanistan, remember how their army said they were betrayed, ordered to stand down by their leadership? And remember that clip of Afghani people riding the plane, and the outrage of people over the falling bodies? Well, turns out that the one they were riding may have been a prop, like the balloon-army we used in WWII, which means the whole “bodies falling” may have been a complete fabrication and more evidence that our own military leadership has betrayed us.
It’s starting to look like everything is fake and gay.
Have you ever seen something and you just know what’s going to happen? — This happened to me when I was seeing a barrage of articles about the Taliban offensive in Afghanistan as the US withdraws, to include capturing materiel: humvees, artillery, Blackhawk helicopters, weapons-caches (armories), and so on. I thought ‘this is odd’, and put it out of my mind… until I remembered something and everything ‘clicked’ into place.
This year is the 20TH anniversary of the 9/11 attack, and this? …this is setting the stage for another 9/11. One where they’re going to have “terrorists” operating US military equipment killing US civilians, trying to ignite “The War on Terror” for a whole new generation that knows nothing of what things were like before 9/11.
The leaving of materiel is key to this realization: I was in the Army —National Guard to be precise— and losing your personal weapon (M–16, M–4, etc) carries some stiff punishments, how much moreso things like Blackhawks and humvees? This is not a “pull-out”, but actively arming our enemies, this is stuff that is not given to privates, but generals and flag-officers and field-grade officers.
In short: this pull-out is, in its execution, treason: giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
Add to all this the talks of allowing refugees, hundreds of thousands of them, and things become even clearer that this is all preparing the setting: “Taliban” “terrorists” who, ‘unfortunately’ got through our detection from the ‘refugees’ using US equipment killing civilians. — Never mind the logistics here, this isn’t about foreigners from afar enacting this, but the narrative which will be spun by the traitors here.
And, as if that wasn’t bad enough, they’re rubbing our noses in the whole thing. I believe it to be planned, and that the people executing everything are signaling it, laughing at the average person in their arrogance. — Just look at this: the last plane to leave Afghanistan, labeled with September 11TH (international date format, not US date-format).
I hope and pray I’m wrong, but there’s no excuse for the crescendo of cluster-fuck we’re seeing.
The election of 2020 is the strangest I’ve ever seen: I stayed up fairly late, seeing Donald Trump in the lead and then woke up to a ‘miraculous’ turnaround setting Biden as the victor… and then reports came out about vote-switching, vans at 3 AM, networking anomalies, and more.
There were legal challenges, which I thought had the feel of being designed to lose — “taking a dive” — and that’s only on Trump’s legal team’s part. The entirety of the Judiciary seemed unconcerned with Justice, culminating when the Supreme Court declined to hear the case with Texas and 20 other States in their original jurisdiction. (This alone would be reason to support judicial reform, as I have thought for decades, but that’s a rant for another time.)
Then came January 6th, the certification of the electors and their votes. What we saw there was disappointing: not only was the judiciary unconcerned with a just election, but the Congress certified these questionable votes — the whole ‘riot’ seeming to be perfectly engineered to give an excuse for doing so, while simultaneously setting the stage for the oppression of patriotic Americans under the guise of fighting “white-nationalism” and “domestic-terrorism”… despite the clear difference between the events at D.C. and the so-called “peaceful-protests” of the last year which left many buildings ash, and destroyed small businesses.
So, this opens up an uncomfortable question: how many of our elections have been subverted? How many policies were snuck in, shoved down our throats by subterfuge? — A friend told me that up in Maryland the first vote with electronic-voting machines had homosexual marriage as one of the items, it passed, but nobody he talked to had voted for it. Even California, via it’s Proposition 8, decided to reject homosexual marriage. (Proposition 8 was thrown out by a single federal judge as ‘unconstitutional’ and the US Supreme Court refused to hear the appeal, letting the judge’s pronouncement stand.)
The Design of a Secure Voting Machine
No ethernet-, USB-, FireWire, RS-232, parallel or other such ports;
An exception for a single read-only mechanism for tabulation; preferably something standardized but uncommon, like GPIB;
No radios: WiFi, Bluetooth, etc;
Custom CPU, eliminating all unnecessary opcodes;
No Operating System;
Use of formally provable software: custom bare-metal vote-counting program;
Use of formal proving on the CPU.
At least two write-only records for the purpose of auditing.
The inclusion of auditing information is essential for rebuilding trust in our elections, and thanks to the miracle of the technology of the 1970s, we can have two audit trails just like grocery stores across the nation: print one copy of the ‘receipt’ for the store internally, and another for the ‘customer’.
While traditionally the usage of formal proof in large software projects has generally been seen as ‘cost-prohibitive’ by the management in charge of software development, there are some exceptions: NASA’s spacecraft, Aeronautics (Airframes & Air-Traffic Control), and Medical Devices. — Why not the software used in our elections?
The cornerstone of formal proof is the ability to (a) prove that given some precondition, some postcondition must follow; (b) ensure that certain properties are met, typically in service to (a), but sometimes; (3) ensuring the functional correctness of the underlying object, be it code or electronics-systems… twenty or twenty-five years ago doing this in a cost-effective way may have been impractical, but the Department of Defense commissioned the programming language Ada in part to be formally provable given static analyzers. That tooling has been upgraded and incorporated into a toolset operating on a restricted subset of Ada such that you are able to prove the functional-correctness of the code [generally] automatically. — The Department of Defense also commissioned a similar project for hardware, which later became VHDL.
It’s beyond ridiculous that these two technologies haven’t been used to ensure the provable correctness of both the software and hardware involved in handling our elections.
The purpose of restricting hardware via elimination is obvious: it reduces both the opportunity to subvert the system, as well as reduces the amount of time & effort required to verify as correct. — After all, there can be no internet breach if there is no ethernet-port, network-stack, or even the circuitry to operate it!
GPIB, as mentioned above, is a standard from the 1960/70s and is commonly found in automated test equipment; it should be simple enough to implement in hardware so as to provide read-only access to the votes tallied on the voting machine.
While I have other, more specific, thoughts on the matter, I think this should impress on you not only how feasible a provably correct voting system is, but how the current voting machines are, to put it bluntly, optimized for election fraud.
Now, whether or not you’re a supporter of Trump, whether or not you think he could have done anything to prevent the pandemic outbreak here in the U.S., one thing is clear: we are in a real live Depression. The economists and politicians will deny this, for the obvious reason that because of the historical and psychological connotations make them fear that the downturn will self-reinforce on a downward spiral, crashing everything if they use the D-word. — And history will remember it as the Trump Depression because, even if everything was beyond his control, he was President when it happened.
A true assessment would likely reveal that 2008–2010 was a Depression, too — and I would argue that we never really recovered from 2008; I remember the job market around then, and it was a slow ramp-up, but that’s when we started to see the “Entry Level” jobs requiring prior experience, that’s when I saw the Computer Science and IT fields really start to require more experience in a technology than that technology had existed… that’s when the corporations made it plain that they not only desired H1Bs but preferred them over the Citizen.
I remember 2011/2012, where it was common to hear people (especially employers) talk about how lucky someone was to have a job — and the mayhem that the Affordable Care Act caused, providing incentive for employers to drop hours rather than keep people full time. I remember job-hunting in 2015/2016/2017 and how job-postings for even the Entry Level jobs had gained requirements for 3-, 5-, 7-, and sometimes even 10-years: something rotten was going on — I believe it’s systemic H1B fraud, such that the HR departments in companies are gathering resumes from applicants to send back home, where their countrymen plagiarize the résumé and then be pushed by advocates in HR — and you would have to be a fool to think the economy was either healthy or strong.
And now we have 2020: the businesses lost number in the tens of thousands, and they AREN’T coming back, despite what overly optimistic politicians claim — and 44 million unemployed out of an employment-population of 150–175 million (it varies due to seasonal employment) yields us an unemployment rate of 25.1–29.3% — and this is before people have gotten desperate.
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what’s going to happen: employers are going to inflate requirements, drop wages, cut benefits… and wait until people get desperate. They’ll use the phrase “you’re lucky to have a job!” again, and push for things like unpaid overtime, working off-the-clock, taking advantage of your ‘luck’ and fear of being replaced with someone more desperate and therefore more pliable.
Recently [14-Jul-2020] Ivanka Kushner, President Trump’s daughter, announced a White House campaign “Find Something New” aimed at the unemployed which has been observed to be rather tone-deaf, if you’re feeling charitable this is the sort of cluelessness found in the story of Marie Antoinette where upon hearing the peasants were starving without bread exclaimed “Let them eat cake!”, or if you’re not feeling charitable it’s mean-spirited taunting akin to seeing a homeless man starving on the street and while eating biggest sandwich possible while exclaiming “Be well fed!” and then throwing the sandwich on the ground and grinding it underfoot. (It’s about apprenticeships in the U.S., but that’s putting the cart before the horse given the requirements on jobs.)
Those of us who have been unemployed in the last five years know one thing that Ivanka and Donald Trump likely have absolutely no clue about: how utterly demoralizing and dehumanizing the modern job-hunt has become. Not only do most applications disappear into nothingness, thanks to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSes) wherein you have to fill in your résumé’s data again and again, but when you finally do get an interview it often ends with someone saying something like “we’ll get back to you, whether or not we go with you or some other candidate”… and that’s the last you ever hear from them, and this happens even for interviews where you do very well.
Now here’s where the generational divide comes in: Boomers will say ‘just walk in, demand to see the hiring manager, look him in the eye and give him a firm handshake!’ oblivious to the fact that a lot of places don’t allow access to the hiring manager and force you to go through the ATS — Generation–X will tell you “it’s a number’s game, just keep applying and move on.” — Millennials know ATSes and how utterly broken they are, acting as a firewall against candidates, the scams corporations pull to hire ever more H1Bs, the ridiculousness of being simultaneously underqualified and overqualified and will offer you “good luck” but have no delusions that the job-seeking is anything close to a fair game.
The answer is clear: in order to secure jobs for the citizens who are out of work, the U.S. must immediately cancel all ‘guest worker’ visas, deport all illegal immigrants, and let the citizens take those jobs — otherwise, if the U.S. will not take care of its own People… what use is it?
And that is why it is imperative that we seek to make the virtue of Justice a goal in government: without Justice, we fall apart — and it is because of injustice that God destroys nations.
There are reports that the Three Gorges Dam in China has failed: they have opened the ship-locks and are using that to disgorge water from the reservoir thereby relieving the pressure. This means that the dam cannot fulfill its function as a flood-control mechanism and the downstream cities are in danger of flooding.
Even at the time of the dam’s construction there were concerns raised about the dam’s soundness, and there is some evidence (though not conclusive) that there was some fudging of the safety standards during that era.
Recently there were a few photos from Google-Earth or somewhere showing a deformed dam which was quickly stated to be artifacts of composing the scene together of several satellite-pictures. Whether or not there is deformation is almost immaterial if the ship-locks are opened, for that means that the cities downstream will certainly be flooded. — The loss of life will be enormous, no matter what the Chinese government does now, and the destruction will likely be staggering in its scope.
Additionally, there are reports that China’s banking is under serious pressure: a Chinese company named Kingold, headquartered in Wuhan and specializing in gold processing and jewelry, took out a loan of about $2.8 Billion with pure gold as collateral… gold which turned out to really be copper with a thin coating of gold — and this is suspected true of 4% of China’s reserve gold, with some suspicions that it’s really much higher.
Those of you that watched the Chernobyl miniseries should spot a running theme here: lies cascading and interacting with reality snowballing into ever worse outcomes… without Truth, that’s where we are heading, it’s only a matter of time.
But we are not without hope here in the US, we can still turn to God through Jesus, and Do Justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.
Today, on the first day of summer, I am announcing my candidacy for president. There are many things that I would like to do, but most all of them can be reduced to one overarching theme: bringing the virtue of Justice back to governance.
So, like the Boomers that they are, instead of making things more difficult for corporations using foreign labor and easier for employing citizens, they obviously push for foreign labor in their ridiculously myopic push for short-term gains. It’s almost like they’ve been bought by foreign interests, either directly or through the large corporations themselves… but that’s getting dangerously close to accusing them of Treason, isn’t it?
Then again, thatwould explain a lot of the government’s inaction regarding things like Google’s abuse of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, or the heavy usage of H1B by Google, Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Microsoft… even when such actions should net them a nice RICO investigation.
I remember the government saying, for decades, that (a) the illegal alien population was 11 Million; and (b) that the yearly number of new illegal immigrants was about 1 Million — so, using the Dark Arts of Arithmetic we can see that 11 Million + 20 Million is 31 Million… so if we got rid of all the illegal aliens, we would clear up a huge portion of jobs for our unemployed citizens. — Now, I could be misremembering, as this 2018 study [PDF] puts the number at 22 Million, but either way that’s a lot of people that we could just deport and open up that many more jobs.
John Adams proclaimed a day of “Solemn Humiliation, Fasting, and Prayer” in 1798, and given the obvious hard times we have coming — everything from widespread corruption, to foreign-bought politicians, from 30 million unemployed to the obvious favor shown to illegal-aliens — it is obvious that we need help. And only Divine help will do.
So, here is my prayer, short and simple:
Father God, please care for us, provide our food and clothes; assist us in putting into positions of authority those who will do Justly, who love mercy, and who walk humbly with you — not because of who we are, but because of who You are, and who you’ve shown yourself to be by the work accomplished on the Cross — Amen.
